Remote Childcare Lawyer — Casework (10–12 matters)

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Childcare Lawyer for a fully remote role with a Local Authority childcare team. The position is full-time and starting as soon as possible, with an initial duration of 3-6 months and ongoing potential.

The successful candidate will handle up to 10-12 childcare proceedings cases and work in a supportive team. Advocacy is not required for this role, and flexible working patterns including a 4-day week may be considered.
