Public Sector Litigation Solicitor — Flexible & High-Impact

Westminster City Council seeks a Litigation Solicitor to join the Employment, Criminal and Commercial Litigation team at Westminster City Hall. You will manage high-profile cases and deliver legal advice to both Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea Councils.

You should be able to draft clear legal documents, interview witnesses, and coordinate with Counsel and external solicitors. This is a permanent on-site role with 36 hours per week, closing date 8 November 2026.
