Senior Sous Chef – Path to Head Chef (Premium Casual)

The Senior Sous Chef will lead a 15-20 chef brigade, manage kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence, oversee ordering, stock, rotas and food safety, and develop the team including Chefs de Partie.
