Part-Time HR Operations Coordinator (Maternity Cover)

The Access Project is seeking an organised HR professional to deliver a supported HR service as part of our People team. This maternity cover role blends day-to-day HR administration with process improvements and staff engagement opportunities.

You will work with the Head of People to ensure accurate records, onboarding/offboarding, policies, and HR systems are used effectively. This part-time post emphasizes discretion and collaboration.
