Stock Condition Property Surveyor – Safer Homes

Iris Recruitment is seeking a Property Surveyor (Stock Condition) in Stoke-on-Trent for a full-time permanent role paying £39,213 per annum. You will perform stock condition surveys, health and safety reviews, and contribute to asset management and planned improvements.

You’ll have an HND/HNC in Building or Construction or a Building Surveying degree, plus substantial post-qualification experience in social housing.
