Independence Coach: Supported Housing & Practical Skills

Tyne Housing is seeking a Supported Housing Officer based in Gateshead with occasional travel to South Shields and Byker. This 37.5-hour-per-week role involves practical support to residents, helping them develop independent living skills and meet personal goals within Tyne Housing’s Model of Support.

You will join a dedicated team and may participate in an Out of Hours Concierge rota from 5-9 on weekdays, for which additional pay is provided. DBS checks are required.
