Routes Healthcare is recruiting for a complex care role in Salford. You will provide dedicated 1-2-1 care in clients’ own homes, including tracheostomy care, ventilation support, PEG feeding, and meticulous clinical documentation.
Shift patterns include day and night work across multiple packages, with 24/7 on-call clinical support. Applicants should have at least 6 months paid UK care experience, NVQ L2/L3 in Health & Social Care, and the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
