Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is recruiting a Senior Residential Child Care Practitioner for Beddu (Bed-dau) Children’s Home in Rhondda Cynon Taf. The role focuses on leading a team, delivering trauma-informed care, and supporting children and young people with complex needs.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years’ residential childcare experience, QCF Level 3 Diploma or NVQ Level 3, and be registered with Social Care Wales.
