Joining Careers Education is seeking a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our homes in Hinckley and Bosworth. You will support young people daily, promote their wellbeing and ensure the home runs smoothly with a supportive team.

We offer a base salary of £32,014–£36,568 plus up to £3,840 for up to 4 sleep-ins per month and Attendance Allowance, making a total of £37,254–£41,808 per year for good attendance.
