Lead Software Engineer, Hardware Lifecycle & AI-Driven Apps

Halma is seeking a Lead Software Engineer – Hardware Lifecycle in a hybrid role based in Cwmbran, Wales. You will lead three core products: an installation/deployment app, a fleet monitoring Rails-based cloud app, and a customer fleet admin app built with C# .NET and React.

You will own the product direction, work with Product Management and the Head of Digital Delivery, and guide a small team of three direct reports while spending up to 40% of time coding.
