Job Description:
nGeneration is seeking a Field Service Technician to visit customer sites across Bristol and surrounding areas to install, maintain, repair and support EPoS and related technology solutions. You will work on 12‑hour shifts on a rolling 3-on/3-off rota, providing hands‑on technical support and excellent customer service.
After induction, you’ll diagnose faults, resolve issues and ensure Field Service visits are completed efficiently.
