Multiskilled Medical Receptionist – 45hrs/wk

St James Medical Centre in Rawtenstall is seeking two motivated medical receptionists to join our busy admin team. One full-time and one part-time (or job share) to cover 45 hours weekly. Previous general practice experience is preferred, but training will be provided.

You will greet patients, book and update appointments, handle calls, texts and online queries, and support colleagues with daily tasks. Flexibility, resilience and excellent communication are essential.
