Position Overview: This role involves providing compassionate, person-centered care to older adults in a continuing care retirement community, including assisted living and nursing care.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and conduct assessments
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of care activities
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive resident support
- Support residents and families, promoting dignity, independence, and well-being
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN or LPN license
- Experience in elder care or related settings preferred
