Position: (Number 1) Project Manager
Location: Birmingham
Freelance rate: up to £450 per day
Industrial Unit experience is desirable. New Build experience is essential.
Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of £90 million, delivering primarily New Build projects around the UK. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Logistics & Distribution, Multi-room & Commercial.
The Owners are keen to further develop and strengthen their Operational Team with the introduction of an experienced Project Manager. In the first instance our client is keen to secure a Freelance Project Manager for the scheme detailed below and following a freelance period, the position will develop to a permanent role should the transition appeal.

Contract value: £7.5 million
Type: Internal/Eternal Refurbishment of existing Industrial Unit with small New Build Extension
Freelance duration: 40 weeks
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong track record Industrial or Logistics & Distribution sector
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on New Build projects up to the value of £10 million.
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment
