Business Development Manager – Bournemouth – up to £60,000 per annum

Up to £60,000 basic with OTE of over £100,000, and real ownership of your own patch.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Building and converting a strong pipeline of ecommerce, retail and DTC opportunities
• Owning the full sales cycle, from first conversation through to proposal, negotiation and close
• Building relationships with founders, CEOs and senior Operations and Supply Chain leaders
• Spotting fast-growing brands that need better UK and European distribution
• Using your network, referrals and partnerships to open new doors
• Sharing insight and leads with a supportive sales team to drive results across the board

As a Senior Business Development Manager, your experience will include:

• A strong track record of winning significant new business in complex B2B sales
• Sharp commercial judgement and confident negotiation skills
• The credibility to engage with people at board level
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and the drive to work autonomously
• Experience in 3PL, fulfilment, logistics or supply chain would be a bonus but isn’t essential
• Exposure to high-growth sectors such as beauty, wellness, apparel or premium retail would be an advantage
