Visual Merchandising Manager — Lead Creative Store Displays

Primark is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager for its Charlton store. You will serve as the creative lead for visual presentation, partnering with regional VM management to align in-store and window visuals with the Primark brand.

You will lead and coach a team, drive the store’s visual proposition, and work with management to maximise sales while delivering a people-first culture. This is a full-time fixed-term contract with a 01/11/2026–30/01/2027 window.
