The Solution Automotive Recruitment is seeking a qualified Motor Vehicle Technician for a franchised dealership in St Albans. You will join a busy team with a strong basic salary and uncapped bonus potential, enjoying a consistent Monday to Friday pattern.

Expect a basic salary up to £45,000, with weekly bonuses of £1,000 to £1,500 and a no-Saturday policy for at least the next six months. Level 3 qualification and dealer experience are preferred.
