Interim Senior Reward Lead – Hybrid Essex

Eden Brown Synergy is partnering with a Local Authority in Essex to recruit an Interim Senior Reward Lead. The role is full-time for 3 months, starting ASAP, paying 550 Umbrella per day (inside IR35).

The post leads reward policy, pay design, and governance, working with senior leaders, trade unions and external partners to ensure fair, compliant and financially sustainable reward frameworks across a large organisation.
