Employability & Hospitality Pathway Lead

Pret a Manger is seeking a Training & Delivery Lead to shape and deliver the charity’s employability programme, creating clear pathways from referral to training, placement and employment across hospitality.

You will partner with employers, government, training providers and local partners to build the partnerships required for progression, while ensuring safeguarding, quality and impact across learning activities and shop-based delivery.
