wagamama is looking for a Senior Sous Chef in East Finchley to run the pass, lead a busy kitchen, and drive energy and flavour. You’ll manage line checks, guide the team through peak service, and ensure every plate meets our standards.

You will mentor chefs, support prep, and contribute to a culture of safety, growth, and continuous Kaizen improvements that keep us moving fast and feeling alive.
