Head Chef – Lead Care Home Kitchen & Balanced Menus

Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Head Chef for Elton House Care Home in Watford. You will lead a culinary team to provide nutritionally balanced, high-quality meals for residents, while managing the kitchen within budget and ensuring excellent standards.

As Head Chef, you will prepare modified diets per IDDSI guidelines, place orders with approved suppliers, supervise kitchen and Host staff, and train junior team members. DBS check and right to work in the UK required.
