We are currently recruiting for a Skilled Labourer to join a construction project inEdinburgh. This is a 7-week contract working under the direction of the on-site Foreman, assisting with rip-out works, material handling and general site duties.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out rip-out and strip-out works as instructed.
• Assist with general labouring duties across site.
• Move materials, equipment and waste safely around site.
• Support site trades and the Foreman with day-to-day project requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Follow manual handling procedures when moving materials.
• Report hazards, incidents or unsafe conditions immediately.

Requirements

• Valid Green CSCS Card (essential).
• Previous experience working on construction sites.
• Own tools required.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work safely within a busy construction environment.
• Full PPE required:
  • Safety Boots
  • Hi-Vis Vest
  • Hard Hat
  • Gloves
  • Eye Protection
  • Ear Protection
• Right to work in the UK.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 07:30am – 4:30pm

Pay Rate

• £17.80 per hour
