HORECA Field Sales Leader – OOH Growth

Nestlé Nespresso SA is seeking an Out of Home Sales Manager (HORECA) field-based nationwide in the UK. You will lead a seven-strong field sales team, drive new HORECA customer acquisition and translate ambitious commercial plans into clear targets.

The role focuses on coaching, performance management and building strong relationships with key customers, while ensuring activity aligns with Nestlé and Nespresso policies. Travel is regular and required.
