Housing Assets Manager – Hybrid (Permanent)

Chesterfield Borough Council is seeking an experienced Asset Management Officer to join the Housing Assets team at Town Hall, Chesterfield. You will support asset registers, lifecycle planning and condition surveys to help sustain council buildings.

Two posts are available: Post 1 is full-time (37 hours per week) and Post 2 is part-time (18.5 hours per week). Hybrid working with one day remote is offered.
