Deliver live in-store coaching, structured store visits and targeted interventions, with clear actions and follow-upTalent and Succession Development:
Support leadership readiness, formal sign-off preparation, talent trackers and succession planningTraining Delivery and Onboarding:
Facilitate workshops, clinics and targeted training, support leader onboarding and drive completion across learning activityDigital Learning and Initiatives:
Support adoption of learning platforms, new initiatives, launches, operational resets and new store openingsPerformance Monitoring and Insight:
Track coaching effectiveness, talent readiness, store visit outcomes and follow-up completion, using insights to identify recurring gapsPeople and Recruitment Support:
Monitor recruitment pipelines and adverts, support defined HR training activity and follow up on complaints and training actionsPlanning and Stakeholder Alignment:
Manage the training calendar, provide monthly training and people updates, join performance reviews and contribute to planning cyclesBusiness Priority Support:
