Howells Solutions Limited is recruiting a Head of Planned Works & Voids in Bedfordshire with travel across contracts and sites. The role leads planned works, voids, and refurbishment delivery, ensuring programmes are resourced and delivered safely, on time and profitably.

You will manage contract managers, site teams and subcontractors, oversee wide-ranging programmes (kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, decorating) and drive improved void turnaround times and client acceptance with strong governance
