What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a similar HR partnering role
• Experience working autonomously supporting key stakeholders
• Strong ability to problem solve, influence and think strategically
• Excellent knowledge of HR best practices CIPD level 5 or above
• Confidently communicate, coach and build strong relationships
