Beers Plumbing, is a long-established independent Merchant, offering plumbing, heating, bathroom & showering products to both the trade and the general public alike, throughout Merseyside, Warrington, Wirral and the North-West area.About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for the role of Branch Manager, based within our Beers Plumbing & Heating depot in Rathbone Road, Wavertree, Liverpool 13.With excellent Plumbing and Heating knowledge, you will have experience in a similar role with a background as a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager / Senior Supervisor.You will be able to demonstrate a knowledge of Plumbing and Heating products, have good communication skills, success in sales growth, account management & customer development as well as being ambitious, driven & having a customer-focused mindset. We would be looking for an individual to have strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach within a busy trade environment.Responsibilities & DutiesDay to day management of the StoreAccount management, meeting targets and generating sales growthDrive revenue, margin & branch profitabilitySales to Trade & RetailManage key customer accounts and grow spendStock controlEnsure high operational, compliance and Health & Safety standardsCash HandlingManaging Stock purchasing, storage & annual stock takes.Required Experience
