HealthHero Integrated Care is seeking a Prescribing Clinician to join our Care Coordination and Integrated Urgent Care services across Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire. This part-time, permanent role involves regular weekend shifts, out‑of‑hours support and remote clinical assessments.
You will triage, assess and prescribe where appropriate, work with ambulance services and primary care colleagues, and help steer patients to the right care pathways while reducing unnecessary hospital attendances.
