General Manager – UK Frozen Yogurt Kiosk (Bullring)

Bite Talent is seeking a General Manager to run a high-volume frozen yogurt kiosk at Birmingham Bullring. You will own day-to-day operations, oversee back-of-house prep, and drive sales to ambitious targets in a seven-day trading environment.

You’ll lead the team, recruit and develop supervisors, maintain high standards of service and food hygiene, and shape a premium customer experience as the brand expands in the UK.
