Project Manager
to join an established and growing construction business based in
London .
The business delivers a diverse range of high-quality projects across the built environment and is looking for a confident Project Manager with a strong
construction/build background
to join the team.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, taking ownership of project delivery and maintaining strong commercial and operational control throughout.
The ideal candidate
We are keen to speak with Project Managers who have a solid background in construction/build and experience delivering projects within one or more of the following sectors:ResidentialCommercialHealthcareEducationHotels / HospitalityRetail
You will ideally have a proven track record of managing projects through the full construction lifecycle, with strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from commencement through to completionLead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultantsManage programme, quality, health & safety and project deliveryMonitor project costs and budgetsLiaise with clients and key stakeholdersManage procurement and subcontractor performanceIdentify and resolve project issues effectivelyEnsure projects are delivered to the required quality and specificationMaintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
