Landlord & Tenant Solicitor – Hybrid working

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Landlord & Tenant Solicitor / Fee Earner to join a growing and ambitious property team.

n This is a newly created opportunity arising from the continued growth of the firm. Over the past six years, the firm has expanded significantly, growing from around 10 people to a team of approximately 50, and this role forms part of the firm's ongoing growth and development plans.

n You will join an established team with existing expertise in Landlord & Tenant matters and lease extensions, taking a senior position with responsibility for managing and developing two existing Paralegals.

n This is an opportunity for someone who is looking for more than simply managing their own caseload. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of a growing area of the business, support junior team members and play an important role in the continued development of the department.

n They are ideally looking for a qualified Solicitor with a few years' PQE and solid experience in Landlord & Tenant work.

n You will ideally have:

• Strong experience in Landlord & Tenant matters.

n

• Experience dealing with lease extensions.

n

• A good understanding of the wider commercial/property landscape.

n

• The confidence to deal directly with clients and manage your own caseload.

n

• Previous experience supervising, mentoring or supporting junior colleagues, or a clear desire to take that next step.

n

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

n

• Excellent attention to detail.

n

• A commercial and client-focused approach.

n

• The confidence to take ownership and make decisions whilst knowing when to seek advice.

n

• An interest in developing both your own career and the people around you.
