Growth-Focused General Manager, Resourcing

Enable Group is seeking a commercially focused General Manager for Enable Resourcing to drive growth, win frameworks and build strong client relationships. You will be the market face, leading business development, delivery and a capable team across rail, civils, utilities, energy and construction.

You will own the P&L, ensure compliant labour supply and shape the three-year plan with the CEO, COO and CFO, while maintaining Enable’s culture and standards.
