Senior S&OP & Demand Planning Leader — Influence & Align

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Senior S&OP / Demand Planning Manager in Oxford with a hybrid schedule (Oxford – 2 days in the office). You will lead S&OP and demand planning, influence senior stakeholders, and align demand, supply and operations across regions to deliver actionable plans.

The role emphasizes translating data into insights, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Production, Engineering and Finance, and continuous improvement of planning processes.
