Senior Nursing Assistant (Band 3) – @Home Mental Health

Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced Senior Nursing Assistants (Band 3) for the Enhanced Care Team and @Home service. You will support patients returning home from hospital, prevent readmissions, and work alongside experienced nurses to deliver holistic, person-centred care in patients’ homes and in hospital settings.

Candidates should have Acute Hospital or NHS community service experience, Care Certificate, and be able to demonstrate risk assessment, de-escalation
