Responsibilities of the Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

• Administering autism assessments, including ADOS evaluations
• Providing expert speech and language therapy to children and adults
• Developing tailored intervention plans based on assessment results
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure client needs are met
• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation
• Participating in regular training and professional development sessions

What We Expect from the Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

• Over 5 years’ post-graduate experience as a Speech and Language Therapist
• Proven ADOS training and at least 1 year of post-training assessment experienceExperience working with both children and adults in clinical settings
• A strong interest and commitment to autism assessment services
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to client care
