Due to the continued success and record breaking performance of our market leading Financial Services division, we are looking to hire an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a background in Compliance recruitment, ideally within Financial Services, to drive the growth of our offering in this space.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, high performing business with strong client relationships across the UK, taking ownership of recruitment services within the Compliance market.
You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own market, win new business, strengthen client relationships and build a successful recruitment offering, backed by the reputation, relationships and track record of an already thriving division.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally at Senior Recruitment Consultant level or equivalent.
- Experience recruiting within Compliance, ideally across Financial Services.
- A strong track record of business development, winning new clients and growing existing relationships.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to work autonomously.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering an excellent service to clients and candidates.
