We’ve got an excellent role for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client on a fantastic site in Hertfordshire! This is a standout role if you’re looking to avoid the commute into London, join a well known commercial provider and be part of a well experienced team!
This is a static role, following a fixed schedule of Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, troubleshoot / fault find, work on mechanical systems, update site logbooks, liaise with contractors and respond to client needs.
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties:
Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenanceWorking on single & three-phase power systemsMotors and generators (including on/off load testing)UPS systemsEmergency lighting and fire alarm testingHVAC systemsPumps, belts, bearings, mechanical sealsBMS operationMaintaining logbooks and site documentation
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical InstallationsMinimum 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenanceCareer-driven and motivated individualProfessional, polite, and personable approach
Salary and Package:
£40,000 – £45,000 per annumMonday – Friday, 8am – 5pm25 days annual leave + Bank holidaysCompany pension schemeOvertime availableInternal progressionAdditional training
