Clinical Lead Nurse: Build a Nurse-Led Home Care Service

Cityworx are recruiting on behalf of our client, an established home care provider, who are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join their team as a Clinical Lead and help build and lead a new nurse-led clinical care service across Berkshire.

This role covers Reading, Wokingham, Windsor, Maidenhead and Bracknell, combining clinical leadership with relationship-building to ensure safe, effective, person-centred care and to shape the service’s development.
