Job Description:
Team BMS is seeking an experienced BMS Estimator to join our specialist Building Management Systems team. The role combines remote work with client meetings and site visits, offering a salary of £50,000-£80,000 (dependent on experience) plus a car allowance.
You will prepare detailed cost estimates for BMS projects, review drawings and tender documents, and collaborate with suppliers, clients and internal teams to ensure competitive, accurate submissions and strong commercial outcomes.
