Electrical Project Manager NEW OPPORTUNITY

CSR is working with well-known and reputable business in Lisburn, that has a new opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager to join its team.

Involved on MAJOR projects throughout the UK & Ireland, you will be based in NI full-time with travel to England one day per month on average.

Responsible for the delivery of projects, duties will include:

• Liaise with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication throughout all stages of the project.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources,
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, cost reports, and other project-related records.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the project.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, and ensure compliance with project specifications, relevant codes, and regulations.
• Identify and manage project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project objectives and foster a positive team culture.

Criteria:

• Minimum of 2-3 years PM experience
• Experience of working with contractors & developing/ maintaining long term relationships with prospective clients
• Construction contracts knowledge
