The Role
We’re looking for anexperienced and enthusiastic Bar Supervisorto join our talented bar team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows their way around a quality bar, has a genuine passion for hospitality and loves creating memorable experiences for guests.
As Bar Supervisor, you’ll bring:
- Excellent cocktail-making skillsand a flair for creating impressive drinks
- Strong bar product knowledgeand a keen interest in the latest trends
- Previous experience within aquality bar, restaurant, hotel or events environment
- A natural ability to lead, motivate and support a team
- Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
- A professional, energetic and hands-on approach
- The confidence to deliver outstanding service, even when the bar is at its busiest
