Ballards LLP is seeking a Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services in Birmingham. The role leads financial due diligence from initiation to completion, acting as main client contact and coordinating multiple assignments with Partners and Directors.

You will coach Assistant Managers and Executives, develop the team, support business development, and help grow our healthcare, education and childcare sector expertise within Corporate Finance. Hybrid working available.
