Be Caring Ltd is seeking Care Assistants to support people at home in North Newcastle (NE3, NE7, NE13). The role is female-only in line with the Equality Act 2010, and no formal care qualifications are required, only the right values and a can-do attitude.

Shifts include early, late, weekends, with a rota and full/part-time options. Pay is £13.30 per hour for drivers and £12.75 per hour for walkers, plus mileage allowances and various bonus schemes for new starters, referrals, and annual awards.
