Job Description:
Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a nurse who will be responsible and accountable for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based, person-centred nursing care across wards.
The post holder will help manage nursing work, maintain high standards of patient-focused care, keep accurate records, communicate with patients and carers, and support infection control and service demands, including on-call duties in Endoscopy.
