Head of Innovation & Growth

The National Federation of Women’s Institutes (the NFWI) seeks a Head of Innovation to drive growth, diversity and impact. You will lead innovative strategy, oversee pilots and commission research to inform decision-making at senior levels, ensuring initiatives reach underrepresented women.

This permanent, full-time role (35 hours/week) offers hybrid working with one day per week in London, Oxfordshire or Wales offices.
