Your duties will include: Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI)Visual and dimensional inspectionFirst-off inspectionsConventional and CMM inspectionReceipt inspection of returned subcontract partsReading engineering drawings and specificationsCompleting inspection documentation and batch recordsRaising non-conformance reports where requiredMaintaining FPI Level 1 / 2 accreditationSupporting airflow inspection activitiesWorking to AS9100 and company quality proceduresAbout You To be successful, you'll have: Level 1 or Level 2 FPI qualificationPrevious NDT experience, ideally within aerospace or precision engineeringExperience inspecting tight tolerance componentsAbility to read engineering drawingsExperience using conventional inspection equipmentCMM inspection experience (preferred)Strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and to quality standardsWorking Hours 37 hours per weekRotating three-shift pattern: MorningMonday-Thursday: 05:4513:45Friday: 05:4510:45AfternoonMonday-Thursday: 13:4521:45Friday: 10:4515:45NightMonday-Thursday: 21:4505:45Friday: 15:4520:45No weekend working.
