Head of Therapy – Integrated SALT & OT Leadership

Stony Dean School in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, is seeking a Head of Therapy to lead SALT, OT and therapy staff. This permanent, full-time role (32.5 hours per week, term-time plus inset days) shapes an integrated therapy model across the school and partner provisions.

You will drive strategic direction, embed therapy into the curriculum, manage clinical caseloads, and support EHCP provisions while collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team.
