Evening Reablement Care Assistant – Home Independence

Essex Cares Ltd is recruiting an Evening Care Assistant for Canvey. The role is part-time and on-site, based in Canvey, SS8 7RB. You will provide reablement community care to clients recently discharged from hospital, helping them regain independence and continue living at home.

Responsibilities include supporting personal care, mobility and meal preparation to promote daily living. The position is permanent with a posted closing date of 13 November 2026.
