Harbour Team Leader – Maintenance & Safety

North Yorkshire Council in Scarborough seeks a Harbour Team Leader to head frontline maintenance across Scarborough Harbour and Filey Coble Landing. You will lead routine upkeep, supervise staff, and ensure safety protocols in a 24/7 environment serving commercial, fishing, and leisure sectors.

You will report to the Harbour Master and oversee maintenance across harbour structures, vessels, and infrastructure, while maintaining records and coordinating with contractors as required.
